I reached out to Isabel inititally because I was interested in learning more about cranial sacral massage and wanted to add to my exisiting wellness plan for my knee post surgery. I had my first massage with Isabel and from the start with an intuitive questionnaire, a calming and peaceful environment, I knew more than just my body would be cared for. After a lengthy chat about what my goals and expectations were, I was able to relax and let Isabel use her skills as a registered massage and a cranial sacral practitioner to evaluate and help my body start to heal.
